How the Club Works

The Sparkle Central Letter Club is a magical postal experience for children – every month, an enchanting letter lands directly in their mailbox. Here's how it works:

1. Choose between subscription or one-time purchase

You decide whether you want to order the Quenny & Co. Sparkle Letter as a monthly subscription or as a one-time purchase. With a subscription, you save money and ensure that no letter is missed!

2. Place your order

Select the appropriate package and simply add it to your cart. Then just place your order.

If you wish, please share the first name of the child/children with me, and the letters will be even more personal. For the birthday letter, a desired date is also welcome.

Simply enter the child's first name and the desired date for the birthday letter in the "Special Notes" section of the shopping cart.

Please note regarding desired dates: A lead time of at least 7 days is required for processing. Please order in advance.

3. Magic mail arrives 📬

Those who order by the 5th of a month will still receive the current letter on the 20th of the month. After that, delivery and fulfillment are planned for the next month. Shipping of the Sparkle Letter within Germany takes 3 - 5 business days after the payment order is placed. Subsequent letters (in a subscription) are always sent on the 20th of the following month.

4. Manage your subscription anytime

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time – completely stress-free, directly in your customer account.
